In two and a half years, Boys in our Books has:
Published two anthologies for charity:
2014: Another Place in Time – which to date has raised over $10,000 for AllOut.org
2015: Wish Come True – which to date has raised almost $5,000 for Lost-N-Found Youth
Kinda-sorta helped launch a successful series:
A Fashionable Indulgence – Guest Post by KJ Charles
Kinda-sorta helped a freefic author get published:
It’s Like This – Guest Post by Anne O’Gleadra (formerly Orbiting Jupiter)

But mostly, we just read and reviewed books…lots and lots of them. And it was super fun!
Boys in our Books would like to thank every author, reader, and friend of the blog! We’re proud to have had a team that spanned the globe and represented diversity across ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and book taste! It’s been a blast!
Due to time constraints, changing reading habits, the shifting landscape of blogging as a whole…we’ve realized we’re unable to keep up with producing new content day in and day out. And when that realization felt like a relief…well, we knew it was time to move on.
Reviewing is great fun. Blogging is a real joy. But just getting to highlight amazing authors and books in any and every way…that was the biggest payoff of all!
We’ll be publishing ONE MORE charity anthology in 2016, so please keep your eyes open for that!
